It’s been a beautiful stretch of weather here in the Boston area which means I’m spending more and more time outside on my terrace. While I love all of my current outdoor seating, I can’t help but take a peek at the offerings from my favorite source for outdoor furniture: Janus et Cie. Fibonacci Vantana Double Chaise
This chaise for two is quite simply…gorgeous!
It is difficult to overstate how convenient it is to have your outdoor seating on wheels ~ so easy to move and re-arrange to fit whatever configuration you desire. This more traditional chaise looks great, has a comfortable cushion and a great ‘X’ detail underneath.
This mod bench provides seating for plenty of friends and guests ~ none of which you can ever have too many of when entertaining in the summer!
This week’s oil painting was inspired by a print campaign featuring the work of celebrity designer Mary McDonald.

Along with Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Ms. McDonald will be visiting the Boston Design Center later this month for a to the trade presentation (reservations required). Attending designers will also be able to preview Mary’s new fabric and rug collection and Martyn’s new wallcovering collection in the Schumacher & Patterson, Flynn & Martin showroom.
Be still my heart, I can hardly wait!
