The Smell of Spring

There is nothing like the smell of Spring ~ so fresh, so new, so…green.  Fortunately, you can smell Spring  any time of the year as soon as you step into Winston Flowers in Hingham (or any of their locations).  Last week, just before Easter, I wandered into what felt like Paradise on a dreary, cold and gray day and into a garden of color and fragrance…

The staff at Winston’s could not be more helpful.  They pointed out my favorite color combinations, their newest “petite” arrangements and of course, the reasonably priced bundle of frilly ruffled tulips that beckoned me.

 The table filled with the “whites”,  so pure and fresh.

The Jasmine and the perfectly married vase really caught my eye~

I was introduced to David Winston (of course, I was star struck, the owner of this magnificent shop!) and the District Manager Diane Ashen.

 Any time you need a pick-me-up and a  delight for all your senses, I encourage you to head into Winston’s in Hingham. What a treat!
